New Ulm Downtown Project

Our flagship project focuses on increasing the vibrancy of downtown New Ulm, MN. There are many phases to our project and many opportunities to participate–in ways both large and small. Multigenerational housing is a foundational component to our vision, along with the creation of gathering spaces including development of a New Ulm Youth Center.
